Rustic Wedding Reception

 photo Picture1_zps1qvvczs8.jpg

I promised pictures from my niece's "Rustic Wedding Reception".  Here ya go!

The burlap, lace and baby's-breath jars held a votive candle and created a reception pathway as the sun started to go down in the sky.

An old picnic table held scrapbook pages ready for guest well wishes.  A Honeymoon Fund Jug also adorned the table.

Cowboy Cuties served the refreshments.

Well used luggage and a wooden cart held the wedding gifts along with a huge THANK YOU sign.

Please leave your wishes for the new Mr. and Mrs.

Lots of hanging mason jars.

Vintage, flowering jugs with chalkboard messages were placed as centerpieces on each table.

The new Mr. and Mrs. didn't get much time to sit but their chairs were ready and waiting for a little rest.

Photos of the couple along with favorite marriage quotes were attached on a clothes pinned door.

The Photo Op spot for wedding guests ended up to be lots of fun for all!

Congratulations J + M!

Vintage Garden Wedding Reception

I love Kaylee Webster Designs!  And I love Kaylee.  When she asked me to help her with a friend's wedding reception I immediately said yes, please.  I always learn so much when I'm with Kaylee.  One of those important tidbits that I've learned from her--if you have the "right stuff" it's easy to make events look magical.

Kaylee prepared some beautiful flowers, brightly lit chandelier wreaths and a whole host of wonderful vintage styled extras for the reception.  The "right stuff" for this event was finding this stunning backyard.  It was truly magical.

This carefully sculpted sanctuary is manicured often by a woman that needs a little garden therapy.  Actually she must need it every day because her garden is quite big and beautiful.

I absolutely love the pillars and arches.  Made a beautiful backdrop for the charming bride and groom pictures.

Also loved the big iron gates.

Visit Kaylee's blog for an in-depth look at her reception decorating ideas.  Kaylee Webster Designs
