Arugula Pear Prosciutto
-TJ’s flat bread
-Olive oil (I brushed the flatbread with a light coating)
-Caramelized onions with thyme -Shredded mozzarella -Gorgonzola crumbles
-Prosciutto
- Bosu Pears (I used a little less than half per one
flatbread, thinly sliced, skin on)
- Arugula (add after baking, or 1-2 minutes before flat
bread is done so arugula slightly wilts)
Pesto Pizza
-Trader Joe’s flat bread
-Costco Pesto (the best imo), Use sparingly, it gets too
oily if you use too much. Just a light coating -Trader Joe’s sun dried tomatoes
-fresh mozzarella (I used the Costco kind that’s pre sliced, and then I cut
into quarters)
- after baking I drizzled with Trader Joe’s balsamic
glaze.
Chicken Roasted red pepper
-TJ’s flat bread
-TJ’s marinara sauce
- TJ’s Just Chicken (precooked kind near the salads)
- red onion (used lightly)
- TJ’s roasted red bell peppers in the jar. I used like
3/4 a pepper chopped for both flat breads.
-Shedded mozzarella cheese
