Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing-MMMmmm Monday

I love to flip through the food/recipe magazines while waiting in line at the grocery store.  Once in awhile I even find a recipe that sounds delicious.  This was one of those recipes.  A delicious meal that was very easy to whip together.  My entire family loved it...even the child that doesn't like meat or fruit.

Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

1 pkg. (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
6 boneless pork loin chops ( 1 1/2 lb) 3/4 inch thick
(chicken can be substituted for pork)

HEAT oven to 375 deg.

PREPARE stuffing as directed on package.

SPREAD pie filling onto bottom of 13X9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chops and stuffing. Cover with foil.

BAKE 40 min. or until chops are done (145 deg), removing foil after 30 min.

Recipe came from Kraft Stove Top Recipes.  Thanks Kraft Foods!
