I love this recipe. It's really not much of a recipe. Just a few layered ingredients and you've got a tasty little brownie with even more chocolate goodness inside.
You need 2 Duncan Hines (Family Size) chewy fudge brownie mixes. 2 Symphony bars, and that is IT! I like my brownie with a little crunch so I use the Almonds and Toffee Chip bar.
Make up the mixes as directed and spread half the mix into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Lay the Symphony Bars across the unbaked brownie mix. Then carefully spread the remaining mix across the top of candy bars.
Bake as directed on the brownie mix box. The candy bar will harden as you let the brownie completely cool.
It's as easy as that.
